ABOUT
A well-made building will last a lot longer than people do, and the uses and meanings of the built environment change with every generation.

Much of our previous work has investigated these dynamics, from Kharkiv (Ukraine), where Soviet rule is written in concrete across the cityscape, to Basildon (Essex) where lost memories and unrealised dreams are stored in disused buildings.

Our work is socially engaged and plays with traditional documentary formats, blending interviews with interdisciplinary elements such as movement pieces, live performance, and public interventions.

These are presented in multi-projector screenings, installations, and site-specific events, often in disused or unexpected spaces.

Outreach
We gather local stories and weave them into site-specific choreography created in collaboration with local dance groups, culminating in a vibrant dance-documentary film.

Community Screenings
We take over a derelict space transforming them into a captivating community screening, presenting the film in a multi-projector format for an immersive cinematic experience for communities.
Exhibitions
We include live dance interventions and a range of engagement activities alongside our community screenings. This can include performances, info boards, talks, participatory art activities and optical toys.
Central to our approach is engaging communities, uncovering extraordinary local stories, and crafting bold portraits of people in their landscapes.
